Q. Why should I choose Visia Consulting rather than a big name consulting firm?

A. Big consulting firms typically hire business school graduates with little or no experience of the real world and employ them to offer formulaic business models across multiple industries.  Visia Consulting focuses only on the Medical Device, Diagnostics and Life Sciences Industry and our experience is based upon not only an MBA from one of the UK's top Business Schools, Henley, but also  35 years of practical experience working at the top level in the Medtech Industry.  

Q. Which aspects of the business do you cover?

A. With more than 30 years of top level experience in corporate strategy, sales management, marketing, fimamce, support amd regulatory, we are well equipped to support all aspects of  Medtech business.  We are particulary skilled in executive coaching- developing CEOs and senior managers to meet their full potential via regular, one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions and in developing winning strategies for new businesses and new products.

Q. How do you structure your charges?

A.  We are happy to charge on a project basis or a day rate, depending on your particular requirements.  Executive coaching is typically based upon a recurring monthly charge as the coaching process is long term and requires commitment from both sides to maximise the benefits and returns.
